LeadingValues Program Format and Time Commitment
All Public Courses are delivered by
Distance Learning Distance learning Model LeadingValues is a self directed blended learning program comprising an e-learning platform supported by Tele-tutorials, action learning/small group coaching, buddy learning cafes, Forums etc. The new expanded course in a blended learning format both make the program more accessible and if is more environmentally friendly. LeadingValues is based on tried and tested methods, proven in the field. With a minimum of theory, the program is delivered experientially over two units each with 4 sessions incorporating tools, scripts and templates that can be used now. A. Self directed e-learning: e-Learning commitment includes reading, research, planning, pre-work and reflection. Learners may spend more or less time on individual topics depending on experience, interest and need. B. Tele-Tutorials:
C. Action Learning/Small Group Coaching In group coaching you will learn more practical skills and tips than from seminars and training programs. Make commitments to change aspects of your leadership practice and to put your learning into action continuously. D. Buddy Learning Cafes (Optional) Self organise meetings with learning buddies. Contact with learning buddies may be via phone, Skype, e-mail, face to face or other agreed means most suitable for the group. E.
